The concept Vinohradský PARLAMENT emerged in cooperation with the Staropramen Brewery in an effort to create an unique place where the best of Staropramen beers on tap would be served.

Vinohradský Parlament sets an aim to show that the pub can also have a modern conception, that all types of customers as well as women can visit it, and that the offer of food can be more than just goulash, pickled sausages, frankfurters or pickled Hermelín. The concept is based on the experience of the Staropramen Brewery in running a restaurant chain Potrefená Husa.
