Cocktail for Ambassadors Concluded 2023 Meetings Season

Traditionally, the Advent Cocktail for Congress Ambassadors ended the 2023 event season. The ninth year of this networking event was organized by the Prague Convention Bureau as a thank you for the cooperation to all congress ambassadors on Wednesday, December 13, at the Prague Congress Centre.

The second week of Advent welcomed local corporate clients and congress ambassadors from the ranks of scientists, doctors, and other experts to an informal networking evening, during which they had the opportunity to meet colleagues who are also involved in the acquisition and organisation of various types of professional conferences, congresses, and incentive events. The renowned pre-Christmas catering from the Zátiší company could not be missing.

After the networking part, a cultural experience was prepared for the guests in the form of the second year of Karel Vlach Orchestra Gala Concert, which took place in the Prague Congress Centre again. It tuned the listeners into the Christmas atmosphere through well-known Christmas songs, gospels and carols performed by Bára Basiková and Václav Noid Bárta.

The gala evening was the finale of a series of events within the Prague Convention Bureau's Ambassador Program, which brings together local congress ambassadors. Important events of 2023 include the 12th annual Ambassador Awards Evening, networking event for representatives of local corporate companies, which took place at the Prague Exhibition Grounds, and the educational seminar for congress ambassadors from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. The fact that it has been a busy year is also documented by forty articles in international and local media that have informed about the Ambassador Program and its events over the past 12 months.
