Prague Summer Flight Schedule will Include Turkish Riviera and Florence

The leisure airline SunExpress, a joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, has announced that the carrier will fly from Prague to Antalya, a popular summer destination located on the Turkish Riviera. New direct route was also announced by Vueling Airlines, that will launch a new direct flight from Prague to the capital city of the Italian region of Tuscany, Florence.

Regular scheduled flights between Prague and Antalya will be offered twice a week during the next summer season effective 11 June 2019. The new route will be operated by B737-800NG featuring 189 seats in Economy Class. Based on airport’s estimates, we expect the new connection to be used by approximately 10 thousand passengers a year in both directions.

The regular Prague - Florence route will be serviced up to four times a week effective on September 2019 and a total offer of 6,900 seats for next summer season. The new service will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and will be operated with an Airbus A319, the third one based in Florence airport, where the airline is leader in terms of capacity. This route will be the fourth destination of Vueling in Prague that already connects Vaclav Havel Airport with Barcelona, with two daily flights, Roma Fiumicino, with one daily flight, and Paris Charles de Gaulle, with five weekly frequencies.
