Kempinski Hotel Hybernská Prague celebrates the “Waitangi and Australia Day”
Kempinski Hotel Hybernská Prague, one of the city's leading 5 star luxury hotels, hosted a unique event last Friday night, 10th February, 2012, to celebrate the "Waitangi and Australia Day Celebration".
Organised by the well known Bradley Mitton of the Club Vivanova, the event welcomed the Australian Ambassador to Poland, H.E Jean Dunn, and the New Zealand Ambassador to Germany, H.E. Peter Rider, as well as a number of senior business people, and was held in cooperation with the Czech Australian and New Zealand Association ("CANZA") and Prague Connect. More than 120 guests were able to enjoy an amazing networking night whilst enjoying premium Australian and New Zealand wines, gourmet cuisine prepared by the
Kempinski's own Executive Chef, Marek Fichtner, and the unforgettable atmosphere of the Kempinski Hotel's Lobby, Two Steps Bar and Winter Garden. Also amongst the attendees was John Ellis, owner of the five-star rated Victorian Bellvale Vineyard 
in Berry's Creek, Australia, who personally presented his premium Burgundy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The programme also included a raffle that gave the opportunity to win a weekend trip for two to the luxurious Kempinski Baltschug Hotel in Moscow that was donated by Czech Airlines and the Kempinski Group.
Peter Knoll, the General Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Hybernská Prague, commented on this special event: "We were delighted to be able to offer our hotel for this unique event and to welcome so many guests, who were able to enjoy a night of great cuisine and wonderful wines. We hope that everyone enjoyed the night as much as we did and we are already looking forward to organizing more such events."
