The Prague Congress Centre is one of the largest and best-equipped European congress centres, which offers all the services necessary for the organisation of events of all kinds-congresses, conferences, seminars, business meetings and presentations, congresses accompanied by exhibitions, commercial exhibitions and fairs, social, cultural and gastronomic events.
The Prague Congress Centre offers the ensuring of all services necessary for the organization of lease events of all kinds - congresses, conferences, seminars, business meetings and presentations, congresses accompanied by exhibitions, commercial exhibitions and fairs, and social, cultural and gastronomic events.
The services ensured include the preparation of halls for the required event, the lease of television, film and projection technical equipment, projection screens, and light, sound and communication equipment, the lease of interpreters' equipment and computers, the furnishing of premises, the installation of exhibition stalls, and the installation and connection of water, sewage and electricity.
The entire congress centre is equipped with structured cabling (ISDN lines and optical cables) and a telecommunications network, including Internet connections. All these services include trained technical personnel, and the preparation of a particular event is conducted by an experienced event manager.
Quality gastronomic services are ensured for all events.
The Prague Congress Centre can also participate in the ensuring of other services such as the preparation of accompanying exhibitions, the lease of other technical equipment, advertising services, or other services according to the organizer's requests.
If requested by organizers, it is also possible to ensure cultural and accompanying programmes in the Prague Congress Centre building and other accompanying congress services.
There are 1,000 parking places for cars available in the entire complex of the Prague Congress Centre.
