Who is a Conference Butler®?

A Conference Butler® Manager is a person who is responsible for the overall coordination of all technical requirements between the event organizer, his client and the hotel banquet department. And of course - he is responsible for the flawless fulfilment of these requirements!

From first contact, Conference Butler® Manager is the exclusive contact person for the organizer in matters of audiovisual equipment and the Internet connection. He discusses with him various room arrangements, the choice and placement of data projectors, screens, lighting and sound equipment, and the Internet connection. During the entire event, if the client requires any additional services or assistance, he is always available with only one goal - and that is the comfort of the event organizer and his client!

A Conference Butler® understands what "foresight" and a discreet presence during the entire event means. His goal is to rid the organizer of any stress associated with the provision and operation of audiovisual equipment and the Internet during the event.

Technicians of the

Conference Butler® team take care of the technical part of an event, from preparations to the final uninstallation. At the end of an event, manager together with the organizer, assesses the entire event and hands over the final statement to the sales department of the hotel.
