Clarion Congress Hotel Prague – Hotel with a human face
Clarion Congress Hotel Prague Anybody may be hit by some kind of trouble, physical or mental. People usually do not realize what kind of unnecessary barriers may arise when you do not know, or simply are uncertain how to behave.

Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is unique all over Europe thanks to its barrier free disposition and affability of the staff. It has already hosted several important events, such as European Multiple Sclerosis Meeting or conference of the Deaf & Dumb Association and Czech sign language centre Pevnost. Although the participants of the above mentioned events appreciated the attitude and behaviour of our staff, we do not want to stagnate or remain indifferent. That is why our front line staff has recently learned how important it is to be able to serve guests with various types of handicaps properly. In the course of the Human Friendly Places' training organized under the auspices of the Red Cross, our waiters and receptionists were put in the place of handicapped guests – e.g. they were blindfolded or seated in a wheelchair and served by their colleague trainees. This helped them emphasize with special needs of the handicapped.

To enhance this tradition, we offer our conference premises also for charity events.
