Prague Marriott Hotel Reopens Relaxation Area with Swimming Pool

After more than a decade, the relaxation zone at the Prague Marriott Hotel is coming to life again. A place, where excercise, relaxation and care for body and mind are combined. The newly redesigned spaced designed by Twenty Two Degrees architects blend harmony, functionality and modern design. The newly designed environment offers the chance for active exercise and deep relaxation in an atmosphere that enhances the regeneration of body and mind.

The pool is designed to provide a space for both leisurely swimming and relaxation in the water after a busy day. The Finnish sauna offers intense warming of the whole body, which helps to release muscle tension, speed up regeneration and promote detoxification of the body. A regular stay in the sauna also strengthens the immune system and contributes to overall stress resistance. The steam bath, thanks to its higher humidity, helps to hydrate the skin, relaxing the airways.

Space for active exercise and rest

The fitness zone offers plenty of space for individual strength training, dynamic cardio exercises and free movement. The equipment is designed to suit both beginners as well as experienced athletes. After a workout or stay in the sauna, guests are welcome to use the relaxation area with loungers, chairs and a poolside bench where they can enjoy a moment of peace and let their body and mind relax naturally.

The overall atmosphere of the space is designed to promote harmony, regeneration and undisturbed relaxation. Visitors have access to changing rooms for men and women with a total capacity of 36 people. Of course, free water and towels are available.

A place to balance body and mind

“We see the new relaxation facilities at the Prague Marriott Hotel not just as a separate space, but as a natural part of a balanced lifestyle. Whether people come here after a long day of business meetings to revitalise their bodies, recharge for the next working week or enjoy a quiet moment by the water, we want to offer them an environment where they can fully focus on themselves,” said Kateřina Hajná, Prague Marriott Hotel’s Marketing Director.
