SaSaZu, The creation of Chef Shahaf Shabtay is the alchemy of tastes, colors, sounds, passion and design brought together to create an enchanting experience. Chef Shahaf Shabtay inspiration comes from his years of cooking and traveling in Asia, his recollections of the streets of Southeast Asia, local life, food, culture and customs. SaSaZu, The Award winning restaurant is based on five techniques and elements of Asian cooking - Sambal, Otak Otak, Flame, Roti, and Tai Tai Grill, all based on the freshest ingredients that are available in the destination of each and every SaSaZu.
