If you have a request for over 20 people and you ask for a „spring 2020 special offer“, you will be offered the following prices:
MARCH: DDR from 50 EUR / person, room rate from 60 EUR / room / night
APRIL: DDR from 55 EUR / person, room rate from 80 EUR / room / night
MAY: DDR from 60 EUR / person, room rate from 105 EUR / room / night
Agencies will be provided with commission at least 10 % from DDR and accommodation net prices.
DDR contains:
- Main meeting room rental
- 1x data projector, 1x projection screen, 1x flipchart
- Sounding + 2 microphones (in case of more than 50 participants)
- Wi-Fi internet access
- Pads and pens
- Welcome coffee
- AM & PM Coffee break – 2 pcs of pastry (sweet / savoury) per person and mixed fruits
- Unlimited consumption of coffee, tea, water, juices
- Buffet lunch including coffee, tea and water
