Occidental Praha Hotel Reopens Again in September
On Thursday, September 3, 2020, the modern four-star Occidental (Barceló) Praha Hotel, located in Prague 4, reopens again. There are 230 very functionally equipped rooms, 2 conference centers with a total area of 500 m2, with the possibility of natural air ventilation and daylight in the 14-storey building. The hotel offers 80 parking spaces. This type of equipment helps to succeed in the meetings business even in these difficult times.
The hotel puts great emphasis on preventive hygiene measures. It implements a set of measures called WeCareAboutYou, developed by the Barceló Hotel Group in line with the latest recommendations of experts and international institutions in the field of safety against viral and infectious diseases, including COVID-19, to ensure maximum safety and trust of its guests, staff and co-workers.
Barceló has 250 hotels with 55,000 rooms in 22 countries. The beginnings of the family hotel company date back to 1931. The company, which started with passenger transport, became one of the largest hotel chains within the ninety years thanks to the work of three generations of the Barceló family.
