Prague to Experience the EVENT FEST

On 16th March 2018, EVENT FEST, a brand new event festival concept, will take place in the spacious halls of the Holešovice Prague Marketplace. The organizers' ambition is to create the largest networking platform for meeting event experts.

EVENT FEST will consist of two parts: the exhibition and the conference. The exhibition will include presentations of more than 60 event service providers, hotels and locations. The second part - an international conference entitled "Events Are Dead, Long Live Events" will be attended by leading European event professionals and a number of Czech speakers. The event organizers estimate about 800 event marketing experts to visit the festival.

"We are aware that the Czech Republic was lacking such a unique and comprehensive concept of the event festival. At the moment, we are intensively working to deliver an attractive content to make the event a useful and enjoyable experience for visitors, exhibitors and all the participants, "says Katerina Horynova, EVENT FEST director.

The goal of the organizers is to gather event marketing professionals both from agencies, locations and supply companies, and from corporate sponsors together at one place for a day. The organizers’ ambition is to establish closer ties with the events community. The EVENT FEST visitors can look forward to interesting and inspirational meetings, networking, drawing inspiration for their events, trend watching and attractive offers from exhibitors. Those, in turn, they will have a unique opportunity to present themselves personally to a large event community audience, strengthening existing relationships or gaining new contacts.

An event of no less importance and attractivity Is another part of the EVENT FEST: the expert conference. Many respected Czech and European speakers confirmed their participation in order to discuss up-to-date issues of event marketing with the attendees. The participants can look forward to Jense Mayer, Jack Morton Germany's Director, Eric van Groot, an unorthodox conference designer, Angeles Moreno, the Creative Dots creator or Yemi A.D., choreographer, art director and JAD Productions creative agency manager and many others.

The Czech Events Association, Prague Convention Bureau, Marketing Institute, Top Vision and the Marketing and Media magazine confirmed their partnership with the EVENT FEST.
