It´s not only the menu, also the atmosphere of Francouzska restaurant will take you back to 20. century. Creamy asparagus soup with ricotta dumplings. Asparagus with poached egg, Estragon, bearnaise sauce and sturgeon caviar. Grilled white asparagus with shallot, parma ham, and parmesan mousse. If you would like to finish your 3-course menu in sweet, you can swop one dish for a dessert PÂTE À CHOUX, filled with tonka beans cream, vanilla espuma, and pistachio ice cream,

Chef Patrik Bečvář and his team prepared specials from China, Korea and Japan, which are worthy to try. Brunch starts at 11:30 AM.
