The 9th International Conference Hydrogen Days 2018 to be Held in Prague
The 9th international conference Hydrogen Days 2018 on hydrogen technologies and their applications will take place in Prague´s National Library of Technology (Czech Republic) on 13- 15 June 2018.
Rector of the Charles University in Prague Won a Prestigious Award for His Long-Term Contribution to Congress Tourism
The ninth Ambassador Awards Evening took place in Prague to honour the contributions to the meetings industry. Prague Convention Bureau organises the ceremonial event since 2010 as a part of its Ambassador Programme. The ceremony of handing the awards over to the congress ambassadors whose efforts contributed to the development of the capital city’s meetings industry in the greatest extent took place on the premises of the Residence of the Mayor of Prague on 21st March 2018. The Mayor of Prague Mrs. Adriana Krnáčová honoured the event with her personal participation.
Invitation to the "Czechoslovak Inspiration in MICE"

New Ferryman’s Pram at Old Sewage Treatment Plant 1906 in Prague
A special pram is newly installed at one of the tanks at the Old Sewage treatment plant’s underground. It is a vessel with a weight more than 1,5 t. Instead of a floor a Perspex is installed to be able to see underwater.

Ryanair Launches 5 New Routes from Prague
Low-cost carrier Ryanair announced Prague Winter 2018 schedule with 5 new routes, which will deliver 1.6 million customers per year as Ryanair grows its Prague operation by 45%. The Prague winter schedule will offer five new lines: Amman (twice weekly), Eilat Ovda (twice a week), Marrakesh (twice weekly), Paris / Beauvais (three times a week) and Pisa (three times a week). The Amman, Paris and Pisa routes had been previously announced.
Norwegian to Launch Gothenburg Route
Norwegian Air Shuttle airline has just announced the launch of its new regular scheduled service to Gothenburg, Sweden, effective 27 April 2018. The carrier will operate its new route from Václav Havel Airport Prague with Boeing 737-800 for 186 passengers twice weekly – on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Prague will thus enjoy another regular scheduled connection with the second largest city in Sweden.
Immunogenetics Specialists gather in Prague at the EWIC 2018 Conference
The City Conference Center hosts the 12th East-West Immunogenetics Conference which will be held March 8th - 9th, 2018. The two-day agenda is devoted to sharing experiences in transplantation diagnostics and immunogenetic research. New important topics such as epitope matching for organ transplantation (epitope is the part of an antigen that is recognized by the immune system), Next Generation Sequencing and HLA antibody testing shall be presented
Ryanair Launches New Route to Tuscany and LOT to Increase the Number of Flights Between Prague and Warsaw
Ryanair has announced its plan to launch a new regular scheduled service to Pisa, Italy, effective 30 October 2018. Effective the start of the 2018 summer schedule, LOT, a Polish air carrier, adds another frequency on its route between Prague and Warsaw. Effective 3 May 2018, the carrier will operate additional six flights a week, making it up to five flights a day, on the route for passengers to choose from.
