C-IN Is Expecting a Busy Congress Season This Year
C-IN expects to organize over 30 congresses and conferences around the world in 2023. In Prague, C-IN is organizing the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators Conference (EARMA), the 21st European Urology Residents Education Programme (EUREP), the 4th International Conference on Food Bioactives & Health (FBHC), and the World Road Congress (WRC).
C-IN will start this year´s congress season at the end of March with a smaller professional medical seminar in Popovičky near Prague. The European Association of Research Managers and Administrators Conference (EARMA) in Prague Congress Centre (PCC) will follow in April. “We are expecting to have more than 1200 people on site,” says Rowen Slocombe, the project manager from C-IN.
In May, June, and July, C-IN has many big events abroad, for example the 22nd Congress of the European Society for Pediatric Dermatology (ESPD) in Malaga, and the 13th Biennial Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Symposium (CLLS) in Valencia. Our long-term clients are the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), whose conference will be in Bucharest this year, and the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM), which will meet at the congress in Bali. In Berlin will C-IN organize the 28th IUGG General Assembly.
At the end of August, C-IN will bring the 21st European Urology Residents Education Programme (EUREP) to Prague. „The European Urology Residents Education Programme (EUREP) the C-IN is organizing from the very beginning, marking its twenty-first edition this year,“ comments Monika Valterová, the project manager from C-IN. In the first week of September, a part of the C-IN team will go to Potsdam for the 16th EISA PAN-EUROPEAN Conference on International Relations. In the Prague Congress Centre (PCC), the 4th International Conference on Food Bioactives & Health (FBHC) will follow.
The supreme event in Prague for C-IN will be the World Road Congress (WRC) at the Prague Congress Centre (PCC) from the 2nd to the 6th of October. The Czech Road Company, the Slovak Road Company, the World Road Organisation, and the Ministry of Transportation will cooperate at the congress. “The preparations are already in full swing, we need to plan everything from the layout of stalls in PCC, division of pavilions, and exhibition. Our estimate is over 5000 participants,” adds the project manager Lukáš Mareček. At the end of October, C-IN will organize the European Society of Surgical Oncology Meeting (ESSO) in Florence and the 9th Annual Meeting of PTCOG North America (NA), which is an organisation focusing on proton, light ion, and heavy charged particle radiotherapy. The meeting will be held in Seattle.
