Meeting Prague Welcomed Five Foreign Journalists
In the second half of April, meeting Prague welcomed five European journalists. The press trip was organized by Prague Convention Bureau (PCB) in cooperation with the partners as a part of the celebrations of 15th anniversary of the company between Monday, April 17 and Wednesday, April 19.
Journalists, mostly editors-in-chief, of the following five media attended the three-day program: HEADQUARTERS MAGAZINE (Belgium), MEETING & CONGRESSI (Italy), TOURISM-INSIDER (Germany), GOODMEETINGS.COM BLOG (Germany), EVENTOS MAGAZINE (Spain), and MEET IN (Spain). Except of the hotels’, and venues’ site visits, incentive program in the form of the experience entertainment with beer-brewing related topic and sightseeing activities at the Prague Castle and Vyšehrad fortress were organized for the attendees. Beer tasting and Czech cuisine tasting couldn’t have been missing in the program.
Networking dinner with the representatives of the founding members of the PCB, that have been part of the association since its beginnings, was part of the press trip program. This special event, held to celebrate the birthday that was on April 3, took place on April 17 at the Prague Congress Centre with the support of the Zátiší Catering Group. The event provided an opportunity to discuss the long-term development of the meetings industry in Prague from the perspective of various service providers acting in the field.
